If you seem suitable for the role, you’ll be invited to the initial interview stage.
If you’ve been selected by the hiring manager, you’ll be invited to a second round interview with HR.
Application Requirements
Our application process includes two interviews.
Must have studied a relevant sector degree
Self driven and innovative thinker
Have – or on track for – at least a 2:1 degree
Curious and excited to learn
Joining as a graduate, you have to be ready to push back against the norm in the industry and not just go with the flow, you are expected to develop new ways of working with both process and technology to solve these challenges.
